Do you provide coats and gloves?
Yes, if you choose to purchase an entry into ICEBAR Orlando, our Ice Princesses will assist you with coats and gloves at no additional charge. If you decide you prefer a faux fur coat, they are available for an additional $10.
How old do I have to be to get in?
Between 5PM – 9PM, ages 8 and above are permitted into ICEBAR Orlando. Yes, we have non-alcoholic drink options available.
What are the age requirements for the Fire Lounge
Only those persons 21 and over are permitted in the Fire Lounge after 9:00pm
Is the whole building cold inside?
No! Only about 25% is kept below freezing. The rest of the space - the Fire Lounge, bathrooms, etc are kept at a normal comfortable temperature.
Do I need to choose a timeslot when making a reservation?
It is not necessary to choose a time slot when making your online reservation. Just select the type of entry and the day you wish to visit the ICEBAR Orlando.
Can I make a reservation using my Groupon, or other discount voucher?
If you have purchased any external coupons, you cannot make a reservation online. Please bring your voucher with you, present it to our Ice Princesses at the front desk, and they will set you off on your ICEBAR expedition.
What are your hours of operation?
Sunday – Wednesday: 5pm – 12AM; Thursday: 5PM – 1AM; Friday – Saturday: 5PM – 2AM
Is there a dress code?
Smart casual is suggested, however there is no formal dress code. Special events will often have a strict dress code. Keep in mind, the Ice Bar portion of the venue is kept at 22 Degrees, so closed-toe shoes are suggested, but not required.
Is parking available?
Yes. There is a large and free parking lot behind the ICEBAR Orlando building for ICEBAR Orlando patrons. In addition, the Pointe Orlando parking garage is very nearby.
Is there a cover charge?
The Fire Lounge does not typically have a cover charge, special events excluded. Please check our Calendar page for information on upcoming events. The Ice Bar entry fee is $19.95. Advanced purchase discounts are frequently available, check our Tickets & Entry page to see our current online specials.
I paid for a reservation, but now I can’t make it. Can I apply for a refund?
Yes! Refund request must be made at least 5 days in advance. No refunds are given for requests made less than 5 days in advance. Please inquire via email: Info@ICEBAROrlando.com
Can I get a non-alcoholic drink in the Ice Bar?
Yes. Try our famous Penguin Pizz without the vodka! Many other choices available.

Do you have a price list for your bottle service?
Yes, we have a price list with a variety of options for your group. Our VIP specialist will work with you to arrange for your private area and cocktail server. Fill out the form to the right, email VIP@ICEBAROrlando.com or call 407.351.0361 for more information. Someone will get back with you promptly.
Do we have to purchase Ice Bar Entry?
No, the FIRE Lounge VIP service does not require Ice Bar Entry. Packages are available with or without entry to the Ice Bar.
I would like to have some snacks to offer my group, is there food available?
Yes, we now offer a variety of appetizers such as flatbreads, wings, and several types of sliders to compliment your favorite beverage. Please ask your VIP specialist for pricing and menu options. Take a look at our menu here: Fire Lounge Menu.
Do I need to make VIP reservations before I arrive?
It is strongly suggested that you contact our VIP Specialist ahead of time to discuss your package options to ensure space is available.
I only have five people in my group. Can I still have VIP service?
Yes, we offer VIP for any group 5 or more.
