Main room and Fire Lounge open daily at 7, and there are 6 ICEBAR lounge entry times per evening: 7:15, 8:00, 8:45, 9:30, 10:15, and 11:00

I paid for a reservation, but now I can't make it. Can I apply for a refund?
Yes! Refund request must be made at least 5 days in advance. No refunds are given for requests made less than 5 days in advance.

The instant your online payment is processed, the purchase will be noted in our system. Upon arrival, identify yourself to a receptionist to receive your ICEBAR entry passes. You will also receive an email acknowledgment.
